Support the ENDA 13

On May 22, 2010, thirteen activists from several grassroots LGBTQ rights organizations went to Senator Dick Durbin's office to demand that he, as the second highest ranking Democratic senator, pledge to actively promote the immediate passage of the transgender inclusive Employment Nondiscrimination Act. His representatives said he does not sign pledges and asked the activists to leave; in response, they held a sit-in until they were arrested and removed.

Many of the ENDA13 are JTIC members, who are facing fines of $175 each. We are selling Second Class Citizen t-shirts like the ones the activists wore during the action as a fundraiser. You can pre-order your shirt now.
